QT Hotel

This is an ultra modern, chic and very eclectic hotel which is located inside two very historic 1920’s Sydney buildings, namely the Gowing and the State Theatre.

The foyer is quite unique decked out with vintage luggage, cabinets and old TV’s. Each room is fitted with bespoke bedroom furniture and huge king-sized beds, the bathrooms also feature mammoth bathtubs.

Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel

Another sandstone building this time with the unusual trait of the building being triangular, this unique hotel was formerly home to Australia’s oldest newspaper. The Radisson Blu has recently undergone a $12 million upgrade and has spanking new facilities including gym, health club, pool and spa.

The Radisson also has its own brand of gin which they developed with Sydney distillery Archie Rose.

The Langham

Truly a five-star hotel with all the amenities and pampering that one would expect from such an establishment. With services like an afternoon turn-down service, and pillow menu, you know that you are in a classy place.

Every room has either a view of the city or harbour and enormous beds with massive elegant bathrooms.

The general decor of the Langham is like a large English country house, with plenty of sofas and soft furnishings. The bar is panelled in wood and features real log fires and actually serve high teas at the weekend.
